November Meeting: Lincolnshire Rape Crisis

At our meeting this month we will be joined by Tori from our chosen support charity for this year, Lincolnshire Rape Crisis, who will be talking to us about their history, how they support survivors, and sharing some resources.

The work Lincolnshire Rape Crisis does to offer trauma informed therapeutic and advocacy support to anyone who has experienced any form of sexual violence at any point in their life is so important.

In a world where 1 in 4 women have experienced sexual abuse of some form, knowing how to support someone who has experienced this kind of trauma, and who to signpost to can in many cases save their life.

We recognise that the subject matter of this meeting may be triggering to some, our meetings are a safe space, and we will be making every effort to ensure that the meeting is as supportive as possible.
